Management Seats Eligibility

• Age: Must have completed 17 years and should not be more than 25 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
• N.B.: Upper age limit relaxable by 3 years increase of SC & ST candidates.
• Sex: female Candidates only.
• General Educational Qualifications : Pass in Intermediate sciences or Intermediate vocational (Nursing) or plus 2 science subjects or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the science subjects of the qualifying examination. In case of SC & ST candidates minimum marks shall not be less than 40%.
• The candidates should possess good health and moral character
• Compulsory qualified in NEET Cet

Requirements

• A copy of the prospectus and Application form can be obtained form the principal, St. Ann’s College of Nursing, Chowdavaram, Guntur – 522019, in person or by submitting DD for Rs 2000 /- or by sending M.O. for Rs 2000 /- in favour of Principal St. Ann’s College of Nursing, Chowdavaram, Guntur – 522019.
• The duly completed application form together with the following enclosures should reach the college of Nursing on before
• Self addressed stamped envelopes – 2 ( Rs 8/ – each)
• Caste certificate if schedule caste / schedule Tribe
• Xerox copies of qualifying exam and certificate showing date of birth
• Transfer certificate
• Additional passport size photographs –2
• Marks Memo
• Birth Certificate

Selection and Admission

• Based on merit & interview
• Final selection by managemen
• The selection committee will scrutinize each application
• Merit list shall be prepared and performance in the Intermediate examination will form the basis for preliminary selection.
• The candidates who meet the prescribed requirements are asked to appear for as entrance test in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General knowledge of the pre – University level
• An entrance fee will be collected towards the entrance exam on the day of exam.
• Provisionally selected candidates are called for an Interview at their own expense.
• The candidates called for interview are asked to bring with them the following original certificates.

    2. Mark list of SSC
    3. Intermediate / Qualifying exam.
    4. Transfer certificate
    5. Caste certificate ( SC, ST,BC, Minority )
    6. Conduct certificate (6th to Intermediate)

    10. Extra curricular activities ( if any)
    11. Migration certificate ( Outside Andhra Pradesh )
• The selected candidates list will be announced on the same day / the next day.
• The selected candidates are required to sign a letter of acceptance and pay the fee for the 1st year on the dame day of admission
• Candidates must under go a complete medical check up admission and there after every year.
• The admission granted is provisional until the following certificates are produced and is approved by NTR UHS – Vijayawada

Scholarship
